Q: What is ISO 9001/2008?

A: A Worldwide distinction certifying an organization's ability to manage quality; Zakynthinos™Detective is today the only Private Investigations Agency in Greece that achieved that distinction.

Q: What do we mean by “Quality”?

A: In a nutshell, quality is conformity to specifications. For example, both Mercedes and Lada cars have certain quality specifications reflected in their price. The customers have the right to know exactly what they get when they choose one of the two, to know what the Mercedes price increment represents and, most importantly, to be certain that whatever they are promised they get, is actually provided.

Q: What role does ISO 9001/2008 play in that?

A: The International Organisation for Standardisation has produced the ISO 9001/2008 system, which proved highly successful in practice. In short, the ISO requires that the organisation:

1. Presents their entire operation in writing.

2. Proves that the operation presented, fulfils specific requirements of quality.

3. Proves that the operation is consistently being carried out as presented.

 

Q: How does that apply in the case of Private Investigator Services?

A: To obtain the ISO 9001/2008 Certification, our office has designed a case handling system, able to process all 69 different categories of cases we present. Our system was structured with our CSP approach (Confidentiality - Sensitivity - Professionalism) being the crucial element of our operation. Our system is therefore highly innovative, as it standardizes the way we operate, without limiting the flexibility in our response to complex cases.
